More about the show
Mrs. Doubtfire The Musical premiered in Seattle in 2019 before moving to Broadway in 2021, with music and lyrics by Wayne and Karey Kirkpatrick and a book by Karey Kirkpatrick and John O’Farrell. It adapts the well loved film into a lively stage version while keeping the heart of the original story. The show later opened in London’s West End in 2023.
The musical is praised for balancing comedy with emotion, adding new songs and staging to the classic tale. It highlights themes of family, reconciliation, and self discovery. The UK tour allows audiences to enjoy the familiar story live on stage with plenty of fresh twists.
