More about the show
Miss Saigon premiered in London’s West End in 1989, created by Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil, the team behind Les Misérables. The show became a global success, running for over a decade in London and later transferring to Broadway, where it won three Tony Awards. Its helicopter scene became one of the most famous theatrical effects of all time.
The musical has been revived many times, most recently in a major 2014 London production that was also filmed for cinema release. With themes of love, sacrifice, and the human cost of war, it continues to resonate with audiences worldwide. The UK tour gives new generations the chance to experience its powerful story live.
